Industry 4.0 defines the entire lifecycle of a product: from design, development, production, use and maintenance to recycling. The fourth industrial revolution, which is all about “smart factories”, combines manufacturing methods with the latest information and communication technologies.

- Interconnection: the system interconnects through the company network (Wi-Fi or router) by sending the data collected in the field and through remote control it can manage the configurations of the system and the forklift.
- Interaction: the system provides the elements to carry out automatic interventions on the forklift. The system is based on an on-board computer (CPU) which is installed on the forklift and which manages the alarms by automatically acting on the vehicle itself (slows down) and communication with the operator via the display.
- Information transparency: the system is all configurable from the touch screen display, via password, through a simple and intuitive interface between man and machine.
EGOpro Safe MOVE is to all intents and purposes a device for human-machine interaction and for the improvement of ergonomics and safety at work in logic 4.0
The EGOpro Safe MOVE – COLLISION WARNING SYSTEM – minimizes the risk of accidents between forklifts and pedestrians in shared work areas. The system detects in real time and in a reliable way the operator in the danger zone around the forklift and warns the driver with visual and acoustic warnings on the display. The system then allows the operator to intervene in time to avoid collisions with other operators or other vehicles, taking the most appropriate safety measures and creating a safe working environment.
Once EGOpro Safe MOVE has been installed on the forklift and the operators moving around the vehicle have been equipped with an active TAG, the system signals in real-time the imminent danger and historicizes all the events/interactions that take place during the whole working day between the moving vehicle and the operators.
These data are processed by the web-based software platform EGOpro MANAGER, which allows to realize specific reports and to obtain a complete analysis of the operator/vehicle and vehicle/vehicle interaction events, in a simple and intuitive way.
