Safety Currency and Safe Working Time: AME’s New Safety Metrics
At AME, we shared our proactive approach to measuring Safety ROI, introducing concepts like Safety Currency, measuring the presence of safety (not just the absence of accidents), and a new metric: Safe Working Time.
The goal is to shift safety evaluation from hypothetical avoided costs to measurable safety presence, reinforcing positive behaviors — Safe Time instead of “Clean Days.”
Sofidel and AMESPHERE: Practical Examples of Workplace Safety
We were honored to welcome Alberto Cinelli of Sofidel S.p.A. on stage, sharing how AMESPHERE solutions (tag-based and camera-based) are helping raise safety levels across their plants. Data analysis proves essential for predicting accidents, understanding risks, and driving behavioral change.
The discussion highlighted the concept of Global Safety Intelligence and the crucial role of data in building safer and more innovative work environments.
